Dimitris Mann is an award-winning composer and virtuoso multi-instrumentalist.
Having honed his compositional skills under legends like Hans Zimmer and Joel Goodman, he went on to lend his distinctive voice and style to more than 150 films and TV shows, including Formula 1: Drive to Survive, League of Legends: Origins, American Horror Stories, Catching Killers, Unbelievable with Dan Akroyd, Kevin Costner’s The West, Vanishing at the Cecil Hotel, and 60 Days In.
His trailer music work has powered more than 60 campaigns with credits like the Super Bowl 2023 Fast X, Fantastic Four, Star Wars: Andor, Wolf Man, Smile II, The Batman, Godzilla vs Kong, Rambo, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.
In the advertising world, he has composed for major brands including Lexus, Honda, T-Mobile, Citizen, Nintendo, Blizzard Entertainment, Spoke Studios, the Academy Museum, and G4TV at Comic-Con.
Dimitris has collaborated in the studio and on the road with artists ranging from Greece’s first and most successful hip-hop group, Active Member, to world-renowned tenor Mario Frangoulis.
In 2014, Dimitris formed the Greek Rebetiko Trio, a Greek folk band that has performed over 200 shows across the United States. He is also an active clinician and lecturer in the genre, having presented at prestigious institutions such as UCLA, Berklee College of Music, and Clark University.
Working from a studio centered around an extensive analog & modular synth collection, Dimitris, a classically trained pianist, also performs on guitar, synths, bouzouki, baglama, accordion, percussion, pan/tongue drums, and gamelan strips, blending organic instrumentation with modern synthesis to create scores that feel both futuristic and deeply human.
